PET PREFORM MOULD FEATURE
1.The template is pre-hardened with stainless steel or P20, and the P20 template is nickel plated with a Rockwell hardness of 38 to 40 degrees.
2. The core, cavity and screw are made of Sweden Sapphire S136 or Germany 2316, which Rockwell hardness can up to 48~52 degrees.
3. Italian ROTFEL or German HOTSET for each cavity heating ring.
MOULD FEATURES:
The thimble is made of Japan SKD-61 with a Rockwell hardness of 48 to 50 degrees.The insulated cap is made of DUPONT P84NT2 polyimide in the United States. The long-term use temperature is 380 °C, and the short-time can reach 600 °C.The injection copper nozzle is made of Italian beryllium bronze with a Rockwell hardness of 38 degrees.Use the most advanced temperature control box Jiekeyi.
